30-Day Satisfaction & Relief Guarantee

At Deserved Relief, your trust is our priority. If our products do not deliver the relief you expected, we will make it right.

ELIGIBILITY
- Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, orthopedic braces and joint supports that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Email: deservedrelief.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost. You will not need to return the original item.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
1. Email deservedrelief.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. Our team responds within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
3. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

NON-REFUNDABLE
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Worn orthopedic braces or joint supports (unless defective)
